1. Overview

This website is operated by One More Magnet. Throughout the site, the terms  “we”, “us” and “our” refer to One More Magnet. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Products & Custom Orders

We specialise in custom photo magnets, made to order based on the images and options you provide.

Because our products are personalised, please note:

  • All custom orders are final and non-refundable once production has started.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that uploaded images are clear, correctly oriented, and suitable for printing.
  • We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or unsuitable images supplied by the customer.

3. Image Uploads & Copyright

By uploading images to our website, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it.
  • The image does not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, or any other third-party rights.
  • The image does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content we deem inappropriate.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
  • Dispatch times are not guaranteed and do not include postal delays beyond our control.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the delivery provider.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can investigate.

Non-custom items (if applicable) may be returned in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

7. Accuracy of Information

We aim to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Personal Data

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland / United Kingdom.
