Because our products are custom-made using your personal photos, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalised Items

Most of our photo magnets are made to order and personalised specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo choice, or personal preference once production has started. This is in line with UK consumer law for personalised goods.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will, of course, put things right if there is a problem caused by us. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is faulty
  • Is incorrect (wrong image, size, or quantity compared to your order)

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem and the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Photo Quality Disclaimer

Please note that we print your photos exactly as uploaded and edited by you.

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered if the issue is related to:

  • Low image resolution
  • Blurry, dark, or pixelated photos
  • Cropping or composition chosen by the customer

We strongly recommend uploading high-quality images for best results.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
